Gune UI is an AI-powered development platform that enables users to generate, edit, and preview production-ready React and Next.js components using natural language prompts.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
  • Free plans include a limited number of daily credits that reset periodically.
  • Paid subscriptions provide extended or unlimited usage based on the selected plan.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

  • • Building apps and prototypes
  • • Learning and experimentation
  • • Commercial and personal projects

Prohibited Use

  • • Malicious or harmful code generation
  • • IP infringement or abuse
  • • Scraping or disrupting the Service
  • • Illegal or unauthorized activities

5. Intellectual Property

Generated Content: You retain ownership of the code generated through the Service. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with third-party rights.

Platform: All rights to Gune UI, including its technology, and infrastructure, remain the exclusive property of Gune UI.

6. AI & Data Usage

By using the Service, you acknowledge that inputs (prompts) and outputs (generated code) may be processed by AI systems.

We do not guarantee uniqueness of generated content and similar outputs may be produced for other users.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for testing and validating all generated code before production use.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if these Terms are violated.
