Gune UI is an AI-powered development platform that enables users to generate, edit, preview, and export production-ready React and Next.js applications, pages, components, sections, and UI systems using natural language prompts.

3. Credits, Billing & Subscriptions

Gune UI operates using a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating, editing, or regenerating AI-powered content and code.

  • Credits may be included in subscription plans or purchased separately as one-time credit packages.
  • Credit consumption varies depending on the AI model used, prompt size, generated output size, and actual infrastructure/API costs.
  • Subscription credits renew periodically based on the active billing cycle.
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • Free plan users receive a limited number of recurring credits.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance through secure third-party payment providers.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but may allow continued access until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit allocations, or usage limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

Prohibited Use

5. Intellectual Property

Generated Content: You retain ownership of the code generated through the Service. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with third-party rights.

Platform: All rights to Gune UI, including its technology, and infrastructure, remain the exclusive property of Gune UI.

6. AI & Data Usage

By using the Service, you acknowledge that inputs (prompts) and outputs (generated code) may be processed by AI systems.

We do not guarantee uniqueness of generated content and similar outputs may be produced for other users.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for testing and validating all generated code before production use.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if these Terms are violated.
